What are the requirements for the CBAP certification exam?
The CBAP certification requires a minimum of 5 years (7500 hours) of experience to sit for the exam. If you have less than that, you can go for the CCBA certification (Certified Competency in Business Analysis), also from the IIBA which only requires 3 years of experience. Earning the CBAP or CCBA business analyst credentials will be the best step to take in becoming a certified business analysis professional.

CBAP Training Course Format
CBAP Course is presented as PowerPoint presentations that are explained by the instructor, while keeping students engaged via real-life examples and topic discussions.
Flip boards and charts will be used to demonstrate key points. Students will also be given quizzes at the of each knowledge area to solidify their knowledge, as well as additional practice questions to take home and prepare for the exam.
Certificate Awarded
At the completion of this CBAP training, each attendee will each be awarded an IIBA endorsed Certificate of Attendance for 35 CDU’s and a PMI Endorsed Certificate worth 35 Professional Development Units (PDU’s), which be used towards the hours needed for renewing PMI credentials.
