Implementing strategic initiatives is most effectively achieved through formal portfolio management, as it acts as a crucial bridge between strategy and execution. Portfolio managers play a pivotal role in aligning projects, programs, and operations with strategic objectives, ensuring that resources are invested in the right endeavors to deliver anticipated value.
